Esta fue una de las adivinanzas que Toshie Kinjo, maestra de nutrici\u00f3n en la Escuela Primaria Miyamori de la ciudad de Uruma, nos plante\u00f3 en la primera parte del seminario de cocina tradicional de Okinawa, una clase especial que propuso un recorrido por el <strong><em>ky\u016bshoku<\/em><\/strong> (almuerzo escolar); la historia del <em><strong>Okinawa Soba<\/strong><\/em>; las parte, Chikako Murahama, miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Promoci\u00f3n del Registro del Patrimonio Cultural Intangible de la UNESCO en Cocina de Ry\u016bky\u016b, present\u00f3 las iniciativas destinadas al registro.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los trabajos de Toshie Kinjo en la escuela es dise\u00f1ar los men\u00fas del almuerzo escolar para 2500 chicos, a trav\u00e9s del cual aprenden no s\u00f3lo a tener una alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada y conocer los ingredientes tradicionales de Okinawa, sino que adem\u00e1s al participar activamente sirviendo la comida, tambi\u00e9n aprenden modales, gratitud hacia quienes cocinaron y hacia los agricultores que cultivaron los alimentos.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las t\u00e9cnicas, la profesora explic\u00f3 que <strong><em>Chanpuru<\/em><\/strong> es una forma de cocinar que combina tofu (gran fuente de prote\u00ednas vegetales pero sin vitaminas ni fibra alimentaria) junto con vegetales estacionales, resultando un plato equilibrado y su versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s Porque fue creada mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de alimentos ricos en nutrientes que crecen en el clima subtropical de las islas combinados con ingredientes del extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY la respuesta a la adivinanza? Es <strong><em>Utuimuchi<\/em><\/strong>, porque durante el Reino de Ry\u016bky\u016b la comida para agasajar a invitados extranjeros durante las ceremonias se denominaba <em>Godan no Utuimuchi<\/em> (5 niveles de agasajo).<\/p>\n<p>Al final degustamos un dulce llamado <em><strong>Chinbin<\/strong><\/em>, algo as\u00ed como panqueques hechos con az\u00facar negra.
