Luego llegaron de China y Corea los platos fr\u00edos y el och\u00e1 (t\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Durante la era Muromachi (1336-1573), los alimentos a base de soja tuvieron una difusi\u00f3n importante con la llegada de los barcos portugueses (1588-1603). Fue en esta \u00e9poca cuando comenz\u00f3 la influencia occidental en la gastronom\u00eda japonesa.<\/p>\n<p>En el Per\u00edodo Edo (1603-1867), comenz\u00f3 la explosi\u00f3n cultural y con ello el arte culinario, que tuvo su mayor expansi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Parte de la sociedad japonesa ya pod\u00eda disfrutar de los platos como el tempura, niguiri sushi y el soba, donde se serv\u00edan en peque\u00f1as tiendas llamadas yata\u00ed. Foto: Alejandra Oka<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Pasos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En una olla calentar el agua hasta que hierva.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar las espinacas reci\u00e9n lavadas hasta que se cocinen.<\/li>\n<li>Blanquear las espinacas en agua salada y cortar su cocci\u00f3n con agua helada. Foto: Alejandra Oka<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la salsa teriyaki:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Agregar en una ollita, 300 cc de oporto, 160 cc. de agua, 300 cc. de salsa de soja y 600 gr. de az\u00facar. Revolver la salsa a fuego m\u00e1ximo hasta que se disuelva todo. Una vez que rompa el hervor, bajar el fuego y dejar que se cocine y reduzca la salsa hasta que quede espeso.
