{"id":751,"date":"2014-03-19T17:07:55","date_gmt":"2014-03-19T20:07:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alternativanikkei.com\/?p=751"},"modified":"2015-09-25T14:31:14","modified_gmt":"2015-09-25T17:31:14","slug":"langostinos-con-salsa-de-chilli-tomate-4-porciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alternativanikkei.com\/2026\/langostinos-con-salsa-de-chilli-tomate-4-porciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Langostinos con salsa de chilli tomate (\u3048\u3073\u306e\u30c1\u30ea\u30bd\u30fc\u30b9)\u3000"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n<p>Langostinos pelados y limpios 20<\/p>\n<p>Sal 1 cdita.<\/p>\n<p>Sake\u00a0 2 cdas.<\/p>\n<p>Maicena\u00a0 c\/n<\/p>\n<p>Aceite para fre\u00edr\u00a0 c\/n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salsa Chili Tomate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tomate redondo en cubos\u00a0\u00a0 1<\/p>\n<p>Pur\u00e9 de tomate\u00a0 100 g.<\/p>\n<p>Salsa de ostra\u00a0 3 cdas.<\/p>\n<p>Salsa de soja\u00a0 3 cdas.<\/p>\n<p>Tobanjan (pasta de miso m\u00e1s picante)\u00a0 2 cdas.<\/p>\n<p>Sake\u00a0\u00a0 2 cdas.<\/p>\n<p>Mirin\u00a0 1 cda.<\/p>\n<p>Az\u00facar\u00a0 1 cda.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo picado\u00a0 2 dientes grandes<\/p>\n<p>Jengibre picado\u00a0 15 g.<\/p>\n<p>Aceite para saltear\u00a0 c\/n<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de s\u00e9samo\u00a0 1 cda.<\/p>\n<p>Cebolla picada grande (2 &#8211; 3cm)\u00a0 100 g.<\/p>\n<p>Cebolla de verdeo picado (1 cm)\u00a0 50 g.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinar los langostinos con un poco de sal y sake.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer la salsa chili tomate.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar una sart\u00e9n grande.<\/li>\n<li>Tostar el ajo picado y jengibre picado con un poco de aceite.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando empiezan tomar color dorado, agregar el tobanjan, la cebolla picada y la cebolla de verdeo picado, y saltearlos 1 minuto a fuego fuerte.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar el tomate redondo en cubos, pur\u00e9 de tomate y salsa de ostra.<\/li>\n<li>Llevarlos a un hervor por 2 minutos aprox.<\/li>\n<li>Sacarlo del fuego, y agregar el aceite de s\u00e9samo, y reservar en la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar el aceite para fre\u00edr.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar los langostinos por la maicena.<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edrlos r\u00e1pidamente hasta que la maicena quede bien crocante.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar los langostinos a la sart\u00e9n donde est\u00e1 la salsa chili tomate, y calentarlos bien.<\/li>\n<li>Servir!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>*Servir con una bocha de arroz blanco es ideal!
